Our Computer Assistance Tool (CAT) is made up of two applications: the CAT WIzard and the CAT's Eye. The CAT Wizard runs on the remote computer and the CAT's Eye runs on the 'expert's computer" - the person who will be assisting the remote user.
The CAT Wizard is easily and quickly installed on the computer requiring assistance; no need to configure network devices. Our CAT Wizard software makes installing our software easy enough for a novice computer user to accomplish. During installation, the CAT Wizard asks the user to choose the 'expert' -- that's the person running the CAT's Eye. The user merely picks the experts name from a list of licensed 'experts' in your organization.
The CAT's Eye is installed on the 'experts' computer. The installation wizard makes installation easy and fast. Cheshire Solutions provides, at no additional charge, detailed instructions for configuring the network devices, such as routers, firewall's, and other network appliances. We also offer network configuration services for a reasonable fee. Once installed and configured, your ready to assist an unlimited number of remote computers.
